Young people in California more likely to support expansive state government

We analyzed data from the latest statewide survey from the Public Policy Institute for California (PPIC). In a question that asked whether you’d “rather pay higher taxes and have a state government that provides more services, or rather pay lower taxes and have a state government that provides fewer services” we found that young people were more likely to want to pay higher taxes for more services.
